Columbus AI Automation Solutions, LLC (“we,” “Chexi”) operates chexi.ai as a studio and product marketing site. This policy covers chexi.ai only.

Product-specific practices for Civora.io (including waitlist signups and application data) are described in each product's privacy policy. For Civora, see the Civora Privacy Policy. Chexi does not host a waitlist form on chexi.ai; waitlist signups occur on civora.io.

Analytics. When analytics is enabled, we use PostHog, Inc. (United States) to collect page views, navigation and CTA clicks (including hero_cta_clicked, outbound_product_click, waitlist_cta_clicked, and contact_email_clicked), browser and device information, IP address, referring URLs, session identifiers, autocapture per PostHog SDK defaults, and JavaScript exception capture when enabled. Ingest is proxied through chexi.ai/ingest to us.i.posthog.com.

Contact. If you email hello@chexi.ai or use mailto links on the site, that correspondence is handled outside the automated collection described here.

We do not offer account signup or a waitlist API on chexi.ai. We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on chexi.ai.

We use analytics to understand how visitors use the marketing site, improve content and navigation, diagnose errors, and measure interest in our products. We use contact emails you initiate to respond to inquiries.

Chexi infrastructure — nginx, TLS, and site delivery on a virtual private server operated by Columbus AI Automation Solutions, LLC.

PostHog uses cookies and/or browser local storage to recognize browsers, measure traffic, and associate events with a persistent identifier. Requests are routed through chexi.ai/ingest (first-party proxy). These technologies support analytics and reliability, not cross-site advertising.

You can limit cookies in your browser settings. For analytics-related deletion requests, contact hello@chexi.ai.

Analytics data is retained according to our PostHog project configuration. Server logs for chexi.ai are retained for approximately 90 days for security and debugging unless a longer period is required by law.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control that is tied to chexi.ai analytics or correspondence, subject to applicable law. Visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland may have additional rights including objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.

chexi.ai is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on chexi.ai.

Analytics and site operations may process data in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to the United States where permitted by law.

We may update this policy on chexi.ai/privacy with a new effective date. Material changes apply from the posted date.
