Terms that govern access to and use of chexi.ai.

01 · Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to chexi.ai (the “Site”) operated by Columbus AI Automation Solutions, LLC (“we,” “Chexi”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
02 · Scope — marketing site only
These Terms apply to chexi.ai only. They do not govern use of product sites such as Civora.io. Civora is governed by the Civora Terms of Service. When you follow links to civora.io, solbase.ai, or other domains, those sites' terms and privacy policies apply there.
Chexi does not operate a waitlist on chexi.ai. Waitlist signups and related obligations are handled on civora.io under Civora's terms.
03 · Informational purpose
The Site describes Chexi products and capabilities. Content is for general information only. Analytics on the Site (PostHog) helps us understand navigation and interest; it does not constitute endorsement of any linked product or third party.
04 · Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Columbus AI Automation Solutions, LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without written permission except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
05 · Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt hosting, scrape at scale, or use the Site unlawfully.
06 · Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
07 · Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
08 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless prohibited by applicable law.
09 · Changes
We may update these Terms on chexi.ai/terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
